Windows 10 Pro

Anyone building web apps using  React Native and PHPStorm for their IDE? I'm just getting started with the idea of building my first app using react-native and PHPstorm.

Any gotchyas? It appears that I may not be able to biuld native ios apps in my Windows Dev platform? Is the "Create React Native App" a valid work around?
