Problem with font/language

Hi All,
I am new to pycharm i have installed it successfully however i dont know by mistaken i have done some wrong setting or I am not sure below is the error/or my problem i am getting while typing code on interpreter.
below is the language or i dont know what it is , i am trying to code in English. could you please help me out on this

hey all found the solution i have mistaken hit the ctrl+shift+f10 key ,> hit the same key again it will work as normal.
