Delete keymap record Intellij Windows 10

Hello everybody, I'm telling you my problem. Some time ago I installed Intellij on my windows 10 computer and I don't know that I must have touched that when using combinations of keys like "shift + left" and so on instead of underlining the character on the left, I go the cursor to another line and things like that rare. I think it is due to the configuration of the keymap but I have tried everything and there is no way to remove all changes and return everything as if I had not touched anything. I have already uninstalled and installed intellij, reset the keymap settings and remains the same :(

Any idea? Thank you very much to all
