Set AnnotateDetectMovementsOption for git blame

Hello,

I need to git blame (idea annotate) with the "-M" option set.

In the git4idea plugin I found the option AnnotateDetectMovementsOption which would have added the parameter -M to git blame.

Where can I set that behaviour in the current version?
