Intellij Menu buttons look weird

Hi,

I have just installed the newest Idea.

Then in View , I ticked the Toolbar to enable it. 

This is what I see. The buttons looks weird. Not sure if I did it correctly? 

 

This is the version I just installed. 

 

Can someone please tell me how to get the proper buttons (save, edit, etc , etc buttons) ?

Could you please share idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files) after restarting IDE?

Please find the log file attached.

Looks like some custom actions were added to main toolbar. Could you please attach screenshot from "Settinsg | Appearance & Behavior | Menus and Toolbars - Main Toolbar"?

Please remove "Main Menu" item  from "Main Toolbar"
