Mac-compatible keyboard shortcuts on Windows for IDEA

I switch between Windows and Mac and the random variations between the keyboard shortcuts is frustrating. Example: Open file on Mac is command-shift-O and on Windows is ctrl-shift-N. Note that the difference is not just modifier keys but the actual letter assignments! This is baffling! If I choose Mac shortcuts on Windows, it tells me I need a meta key and there isn't one on my keyboard. I'd settle for being able to bulk edit the keymap but what I'd really like is built-in capability for OSX-compatible key bindings on Windows.
