"Open from FTP" support in IntelliJ 2018.2.4 Community edition?

Currently we are using Notepad++ with a plugin to directly download/edit/upload python files using FTP to our remote server. We would like to move to a better IDE and are considering IntelliJ.
Does the community edition of IntelliJ support editing files found on a remote FTP server?

Remote host deployment including editing files on a server is available only in InteliJ IDEA Ultimate edition.
Dont work program when i work with https://flatfy.ro/. Can you help me with that?
