What Editor theme do you have in Preferences | Editor | Color Scheme? Does IDE restart help?
Does it help to set Editor theme to Darcula's defaults and restart?
I finally found the reason, it was all caused by the plug-in of AceJump. Uninstalling or disabling it can work normally.
