Help setting up PyCharm 2018.2.4 on Windows 10

I downloaded it, but it says I need an interpreter. I go to set it up it says <No Interpreter>
Can someone help? What do I do??

Thank you for contacting PyCharm support.
PyCharm itself doesn't have a python interpreter bundled.
Please make sure you have python installed on your machine. Can be downloaded from https://www.python.org
