Time Tracking - Show time spent from last post of work item
In the Time Tracking plugin, there is an option that would be really useful if it worked, or if I knew how to trigger it: "Show time spent from last post of work item". The question is: what counts as "last post of work item"?
There is an SO question open about this unanswered (as of today, Oct 15, 2018) for over a year now.
Would be great if someone could help out understanding how this option worked.

Sorry, where is "Post Time" in PHPStorm? Or is it only there in WebStorm?
Nonetheless, I don't think https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-74652 addresses my issue as it appears to be about YouTrack, and the self-hosted version, I think. Do I see that correctly?
