IntelliJ send error report fails in 90% of cases Follow

Hi,

I am taking part in the EAP program and would gladly report any errors that I encounter so the bugs can be fixed.

Recently, I experience more and more of those exceptions. However, almost all the time I cannot send the error report. It just says "Sending failed. Do you want to try again?"

I am not behind a proxy or anything. It's very annoying, since I get more errors due to using EAP/beta versions but then I cannot report these errors. There is little use to it then.
