Slow IDEA Download Speed

I'm currently downloading IDEA 2018.2.5 at a speed of 3.3KB/s on my gigabit connection. I just purchased a monthly license, and was looking forward to trying it out, but Chrome is telling me that at this rate, it'll take about 2 days to get the download finished.

I would appreciate it if JetBrains provided a different method of download than their own content servers. Heck, throw out a torrent and I'll gladly contribute some bandwidth. I purchased the product, I would like to receive it within a reasonable amount of time. KB/s speeds are a terrible user experience.
