change background color of focused item in suggestions pop-up

I would like to change the background color of the focused item in a suggestions pop-up window. I cannot find it in settings, I am not sure of how this thing is called.
editing Settings/Editor/Color Scheme/General->/Editor/Breadcrumbs/Current or Default or Hovered, did not make a change
Probably doesn't make a difference, but I am using Material Theme on Pycharm.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Seems like there is no settings for that indeed. The problem, as I can see on the screenshot, is that you cannot see the text on such background. You should probably use one of the built-in themes or contact the vendor of the 3rd party plugin.
Please also feel free to submit a feature request about the settings for it to our issue tracker using the link https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/PY and let us know if you need any help.
Thanks for confirming. I will see how easy is to modify 3rd party plugins (Material Theme)
