Is it possible to get the layout of Window Tools in RubyMine IDE

I tried unsuccessful to get the IDE tool windows layout as on the screenshot below.
The main issue - I couldn't get opened Project Tool Window and Structure Tool Window at the same time.

you can click and drag the Structure pane to another place (above the Project Tool Window for example).
Wow, I did it!
I just moved Structure Tool Window to the right.
I will be happy if Editor can show only selected member at the Structure Tool window :)
Yes, at the moment it just moves the caret to the selected item but you're welcome to submit a corresponding request on our tracker:
