Issue loading project structure

Found consistently today, but seen very occasionally in the past, the project structure pane remains empty, showing just "loading...".

Tracked it down to a stacktrace caused by the Kubernetes plugin (we don't use Kubernetes).

Disabling the plugin seems to resolve the problem, project structure is showing again.
