How to get 'Navigate to' context menu?

I was looking a video of Rider and they had the following menu - how do I get this context menu on IntellijIDEA? (Which key-press)

No such pre-defined action, but you can configure such custom menu yourself and assign a shortcut to it by defining the Quick List.
Got it. I was able to figure it out. Thank you.
On the Introduction to JetBrains Raider video, at 12.54 the 'Navigate to' menu shows up(where I cropped the image from) - gave me an impression that it's a built in menu I wasn't aware of.
