Interpreter error

Hi,

I'm new to the community and I want to learn Python. 

I am having a problem with running the PyCharm. It is throwing an error with regards to the interpreter.

I downloaded the Python 3.7.1 and PyCharm Community Version.
installed the Python first then the PyCharm.

When I ran the IDE, I am on the new project screen. Set the base interpreter to the path of Python, checked the inherit global site-packages.

I am getting this error
