A glitch of activation window on Windows

IntelliJ IDEA on Windows has a glitch of activation window. It is the tab order of input texts are totally mess up. After entering account name, TAB leads me to forgot password link, and the next TAB leads me to upper options not password field. It is totally annoying for a KeePass user.
