URI is not registered: what should I do in Rubymine ?

Error Message: Uri not registered (settings | Languages & Frameworks | Schemas and DTSs)
I am using xhtml file:

<X3D xmlns='http://www.web3d.org/specifications/x3d-namespace' id='someUniqueId' showStat='false' showLog='false'
     x='0px' y='0px' width='600px' height='700px'>

Its gives the above error message:

Hello,

have you added the schema resource file for this URL in Schemas and DTDs settings?
