Add a favorite for a class member (vs file)?

The documentation at https://www.jetbrains.com/help/clion/managing-your-project-favorites.html seems to implyyou can add a class member as a favorite (quote below).
"You can arrange the most frequently used project items (files, folders, packages, instance and class members, etc.), bookmarks, and breakpoints in the lists of favorite items (favorites)."
But no matter what I do it seems the file is added rather than the member. Is there a trick I am missing?

Hi David!
The web help article is incorrect, we will fix it. The thing is that currently in CLion the "Show Members" option of the Project tool window doesn't work - this functionality isn't implemented yet. Therefore it's impossible to add a class member to favorites.
