Where templates directory in windows
I try copy template from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/blakedietz/js-live-template/master/es6.xml
and don't found directory for that. OS: Win10

It's usually ~\.WebStorm<version>\config\templates, where `~` stands for your user profile directory, like C:\Users\Your.name
