PyCharm is unable to connect to console

Have following output in console:

Another IDE seems to load and work fine.

Seems to be similar to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-27234. Please try suggested in the issue workaround. If it helps, please vote for it and follow for updates.
