How to disable the PyCharm interpreter update

Please attach a screenshot of your Project Structure (Preferences | Project | Project Structure) and a screenshot of your Interpreter Paths (

Settings / Preferences| Project | Project Interpreter --> click cogwheel --> Show All... --> select your current project interpreter and click Show paths for the selected interpreter button)
