Can't access any of my support requests

I have submitted a few premium support tickets recently. I get an initial confirmation email, but when I click the links inside the ticket, I always get a 404. I am always logged in when I submit the ticket. I don't know how to contact JetBrains except through the support system (which isn't working), so I'm posting my issue publicly here.

Hi Mitdabeisein5,

This is usually because one is signed in with different account. The user who tries to open the ticket should be the same one who submitted it.

Please try different browser if you are sure that user is the same.
