Change IntelliJ Idea Theme dialog misses 'remember, don't ask' option in 2018.3.2

I upgraded to IntelliJ IDEA 2018.3.2 and the Change IntelliJ Idea Theme dialog is now like this:

it doesn't have the 'rember choice' it had in the previews versions:

I change themes quite often and this new confirmation dialog is tedious to fill every time.

Any way to disable the confirmation dialog?
