Datagrip can't save LOB.

Here is my system info:

OS: Linux

Linux distro: Pop!_OS 18.10 64bits

Database (on a Windows server machine) :

Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP2) (KB3171021) - 12.0.5000.0 (X64)

the files are a png and jpeg images.

When I tried to save LOB the directory popup comes out and I choose a folder (even public use folders) and there is NO file after the operation. Am I doing something wrong?
