ORACLE SYS.DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE how to turn on?

In DataGrip 2018.3.1 how i can enable DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE?

In others versions i can enable with a button on the toolbar or pressing CTR+F8, but in new versions i can't.
