PyCharm and Docker

Am I do only one who finds Pycharm's Docker features quite buggy? For example, when I attempted to create (build) a new image, it failed, but there was no log whatsoever. The only hint that I was able to get was by hovering my mouse over my Docker configuration in PyCharm. Also on the right bottom corner, I see "Updating skeleton ..." and it seems to never finish at all.

I'm on the latest version of PyCharm on the latest version of Mac OSX Mojave as of today.
