Struggling to get numpy installed

This the error I see.  When I pop over to Project Interpreter and choose + to add numpy I get

Anyone any clues as to what is wrong?

Hi Simon,

I suspect you will have the same problem if you try to install it from system terminal (outside of PyCharm) for the same interpreter?

Looks like a problem with pip or interpreter. You could try https://stackoverflow.com/questions/23222104/no-distributions-at-all-found-for-some-package since it really looks like you use some old version of pip.
