[Windows 10] Intellj 2018.3.4 start up very slow!

Hello,

 

I am using Windows 10 Intellj Ultimate Edition 2018.3.4

Build #1u-183.5429.30 29 January 2019

JRE: 1.8.0-152-release-1343-626 amd64

JDK: openJDK 64-bit server Vm by Jetbrains s.r.o

 

I have noticed this week that my program is starting up very very slow. I have to click twice to open the program. What shall I do?
