Unidentified text replacement behavior

I wish to identify this functionality and turn it off since it's been popping up a lot and messed up the code. I assume it's conflicting with my shortcut key settings. I am not sure what key combination triggers this, but it often cut a portion of the code and paste it some where else and the only way is to undo it every time. Please find attached the screenshot.
