Unable to Start IntelliJ IDEA due to Log4j plugin installed

I recently installed Log4j plugin, After the installation I couldn't able to relaunch the Intellij idea , I am getting the below error
Unable to start the monitor on 4454
An Other instance is probably using the same port .
Any help would be appreciated

You can delete the plugin manually from the plugins directory: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544519.
Thanks Serge for your information , I just want to know how solve this issue without removing Log4j , I Want to log my application messages into a file.
Please contact the plug-in developer for help.
