Intellij IDEA 2019.1 on macOS - editor don't open

After upgrading from 2018.3 to 2019.1 I can't open any files. When I doble-click file in a project pane I can see no editor open.

The only way I was able to get to work is downgrading to 2018.3

Please help.

I use Mojave 10.14.4

I also saw this, but on Windows. I opened a different project, that was OK. I closed that project, then reopened the first (maybe more than once), eventually it was OK. Don't see anything relevant in the log, so not posting.

I get the same error after upgrading. I uploaded my logs. This the exception thrown

I came into the same problem. I reinstalled it but didn't get lucky.   It keeps crash crash .....

FYI, It crashes after building index.

Please define "crashes". Do you have Java crash dumps (`java_error_in_*.log`) in the user's home directory?

Sorry for missing your message.  It disappeared(I tried to reinstall it and restart my PC).  I got a report from MacOS and uploaded it. 

Then I reinstalled a lower version, it was working well.

 

Update: Today I tried the new version, It works magically. I guess it might be fixed when I upgrade my OS recently.
