WebStorm 2019.1 crashes when I open a certain file

I have a project currently under development in GitHub.

The concerned file is:

https://github.com/danday74/biblical-hebrew-fe/blob/master/src/app/actions/generic/generic.effects.ts

When I open this file in WebStorm 2018.3.5 everything is fine

When I open the file in WebStorm 2019.1 CPU usage goes crazy

When I comment out the last 3 operators in the ngrx effect pipe, CPU usage returns to normal

Please fix this issue. I've had to rollback to 2018.3.5
