Restore color defaults

I made the mistake of installing a bunch of theme plugins after installing 2019 thinking I could choose one later in settings. Instead it made my editor look really weird and I tried to revert it by uninstalling all the plugins and restarting but some colors are still not the same. I tried reinstalling IDEA but that didn't work. Weird thing is when I start it up for a second the colors are what they were(ie the files were colored dark blue by git to indicate there are uncommitted changes) after changing again on their own(it changed to light blue). Can't find a restore to default button anywhere in color scheme or appearance..
