User interface rendering - Ultimate version - unusable

It looks like this when I am not running anything, not debugging anything. It just freeze like this without any recovery.
This only happens to my Ultimate version Not the community version which makes it worse for me.

So, first, the project gets loaded.
I left it idle for a while(1 hour)
Then I am trying to use intellij again, it freezes.

Using IntelliJ IDEA + JBR11 from http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html should help.
