What version(s) of Scene Builder (from which vendor(s)) are compatible with IntelliJ 2019.1.1, JDK 12, and JavaFX SDK 11.0.2 ?

I have installed 64-bit JDK 12 (from Oracle) and JavaFX SDK 11.0.2 and was wondering which version(s) from which vendors(s) (e.g., Oracle, Gluon) of Scene Builder will allow me to perform WYSIWYG design?

I know that Scene Builder 11 is not capatible/supported by IntellIJ 2019.1.1, so I'm OK with downgrading to a version that is compatible, but am at a loss to figure out how "far down" I need to go in terms of which Scene Builder to install.
