This problems encounter in all my pycharm enviroments. Filter return Queryset object so it surely should propose other method like order_by ord exclude...

Are you going guys to fix it?
The issues are prioritized based on their severity and impact. Unfortunately there's no planned date for that particular issue yet. Please follow the ticket for updates.
It is still not fixed.
