PhpStorm on windows working with drupal site in virtual box

I've got an ubuntu AMP stack hosting a drupal 6 inside a virtual box machine on a Win 10 box

If I install phpstorm prof edition in Windows, is it easy to include that drupal 6 site as a project in PhpStorm? How easy/difficult is it to set up the debugger to work in that environment?

It's fine: you would need to upload your project inside a VM over e.g. shared folder. Setting up a debugger wouldn't also be that difficult.
