creating custom docstring template in pycharm

Is it possible to modify the docstring template in Pycharm? I am currently using restructured text and would like to include the Author name in teh docstring sub.

It's not possible at the moment. Please vote for the corresponding feature request https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-12327 and follow it for updates.
