Can not create any debug configurations

So, I am developing a react website and everything worked just fine yesterday, but unfortunately i can not debug anymore.

Debugging is greyed out, i can no longer create a simpel java script run configuration.

If i click the circled Debug, it simply starts the application.

I am also unable to set breakpoints.

These are the only templates i have available:

I tried with Webstorm 2019.1.3 and 2019.2.EAP, but it is the same everywhere.

IS there anything i can check to see why it is behaving like it is?
