Pycharm license server connectivity problems
Hi, in my workplace we use a floating license server for jetbrains products. I successfully configured pycharm to use it, but I keep getting a strange problem.
If I leave pycharm open for more than 2 days, it fails to renew the license and if I press the "Test Connection" button, I get "Cannot obtain ticket from <URL> due to connectivity problem: Remote call failed: notresolvable"
The strange part is that if I close pycharm and open it again, it successfully gets a license again for another 48 hours until it fails again. My only suspicion is that pycharm uses different proxy settings at startup from what it uses when it tries to revalidate the license. In any case, please let me know if you have any hints on how to fix this.

The issue seems to be known https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-196496, but not yet addressed.
Do you have anything in No proxy for under Settings | Appearance & Behavior | System Settings | HTTP Proxy?
