Functions which are locally defined are not being highlighted in Python.

i'm using Pycharm-Community ( 2016 .3) on Ubuntu.  I'm writing code in Python 2.7, The problem is that the functions which are defined are not being highlighted in the syntax.

I'm using the Color : Dracula

Semantic highlighting is turned On.

Please help me to fix this.
