LIVE TEMPLATES don't work

Hello,

I have IJ 2019.1.2 ultimate and live templates don't work. Could you please tell me how to make it work?

Enable postfix completion are checked and JDK is 1.8 configured.

Could you please check https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/using-live-templates.html , postfix completion is not exactly the live templates?

Hello,
I give you an example, ‘sout’ or ‘fori’ command + TAB, on mac os doesn’t work. Also, postfix completion command .forr or .fori not working.
Please help me in order to make it work.

Please share a small video of the issue showing where and how you are using the sout template and what happens. We cannot reproduce it.
