Hi, similar issue also been reported: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/PY-36091
Are you using VCS? If yes, have you tried disabling Git integration as per the thread you've linked?
Also, I would like to take a look at your logs, please share them or upload to our ftp: JetBrains - Uploads
If you have steps to reproduce the issue, please let us know.
