Not able to install fetch in Pycharm

I am using Pycharm-community-2019.1.2 and i can't install package Fetch, i tried terminal

pip install fetch
it gives me an error

Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in C:\Users\pc\AppData\Local\Temp\pip-install-s_wgtz59\fetch\

Hi,

I get the same issue when trying to install Fetch from system terminal outside of IDE. Since it's not IDE-related, you can try asking on sites like Stackoverflow, or contact package maintainer.
