Angular library suggestions slow/stop working

I'm running 2019.1.3 and using Angular 8.03 and am importing my own custom Angular libraries. If I invalidate caches/restart the editor, the code suggestion/completion initially works but is very slow:

Then, after a few minutes, it breaks altogether:

The only resolution is to invalidate caches again and restart.

How do I get your more information?
