2019.1.3 version editor font render issue

The same thing happened in all three windows computers. in 2019.1.3 version only

Not only does it appear in the Intelij IDEA but also in the Webstorm, it seems that it is all happening in the 2019.1.3 version.

This happens only in the editor area and not in the UI area.

Currently, my computer is cleanly installed with Windows 10 version 1903, so it is not an incidental program problem.
