Right side editor colors

How i can change color of right side of editor for added / modified lines? (Color settings provide ability to change only left side color)

It might be a bit unexpected, but the color of stripes rendered on the scrollbar is configured in Settings | Editor | Color Scheme | DIff & Merge - > Error stripe mark

Thanks, I've been looking for that setting for a while. It's not in the same place as the setting for the left side color and could not find it.

As of 2024, the option to change the width is Editor -> Code editing -> Error highlighting

 

Note it doesnt go above 4 (although it wont error if you put a value above it)
