Can not type exclamation mark in PyCharm

Hi There,
Since my last update of PyCharm to the latest version I can not type the exclamation mark "!" on my Swiss Keyboard. Here my PyCharm infos - can anybody help with this?

Thanx for you prompt reply! I downgraded the JDK to version 8 and it works again!
